Microblading is the process of implementing pigment into the skin with a hand-held device. This simulates the appearance of natural hair. Microblading is considered permanent makeup but will fade over time. It is recommended to get a touch up once a year to keep the color fresh.
Microblading is meant to enhance your natural eyebrows, creating the effect of fuller, natural, beautiful brows.
Not every client is a candidate for Microblading. Microblading is suitable for clients with normal to dry skin.
Clients with oily skin or aging/thin skin it is not recommended for Microblading because they will not heal as well or look as natural. For clients with this particular skin type, you are more suitable for Powder Ombré or Combination Brows.
Powder Ombré Brows is the implementing of pigment into the skin with a machine, similar to a tattoo gun, which disperses extremely fine dots of pigment across the skin in a shading affect. The tail is created darker and fade into a light beginning of the brow. Powder Ombré Brows is considered permanent makeup but will fade over time. It is recommended to get a touch up once a year to keep the color fresh.
Powder Brows can be done very light and natural to more define and bold. Powder Brows have a more “filled-in” look, the healed results appear like a soft shaded brow pencil or powder makeup.
Powder Ombré Brows is suitable for all skin types, especially recommended for Oily skin or aging/ thin skin.
The initial treatment will take between 2-3 hours including mapping, examine of the brows, treatment and aftercare overview.
At your appointment we will first go over any questions or concerns you may have before starting the treatment.
Then, I will map out the perfect shape based on your bone structure and your natural brow hairs. I will then match the perfect shade to your natural brow hairs, if you have very minimal hairs I will match the shade to your hair or wig, upon approval and liking.
Once we start the treatment, I will use a topical anesthetic to provide comfort during the whole treatment. The initial treatment will take 2-3 hours.
No drinking alcohol or smoking 24 hours before your appointment.
No coffee or caffeine 12 hours before your appointment. No Ibuprofen or Tylenol 12 hours before your appointment.

Discontinue the intake of supplements including Fish oil, Vitamin E or C or blood thinners, with medical clearance through doctor, 7 days prior to appointment.
No Botox at least one month before appointment. Botox takes time to settle and doing a treatment before it has settled can cause trauma to the area allowing the toxins to spread and interfere with the final results of your Botox.
No facials including, Microdermabrasion or chemical peels at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment. We want your skin to be healthy the day of your appointment.
Immediately after your appointment we will go over aftercare.
Once you leave your brows will be perfect and everything you love. When your brows go through the healing process, they will go through phases. Starting the following day, your brows will appear 30-40% darker, don’t be alarmed. You may experience scabbing as well, PLEASE DO NOT PICK AT SCABS.
Your brows will begin to fade and flake because your skin is healing over the pigment implanted. The color will gradually return after about 8-12 days.

I require any client who has had previous work done by another artist to email or text a clear, well light photo of your brows. Even if you feel they’ve faded enough, please send a photo before booking so I can approve them. If they are not faded enough to work on, we will need to book an removal appointment to remove as much pigment as possible. Any client coming to me from a different artist is considered a new client with full prices.
I use a topical anesthetic during the whole treatment to keep you comfortable. Pain tolerance varies per each client and some may feel a slight discomfort. Some clients describe the sensation as tweezing and some clients feel the urge to sneeze.
Permanent makeup is designed to fade overtime. Factors such as skin type, lifestyle, age, and medications can greatly affect the longevity of your permanent cosmetic tattoo.
Retinol and anti aging serums can cause your brows to fade faster.
The sun, including tanning beds, can greatly affect the rate at which the pigments are broken down. It is recommended to use sunscreen on the treated brows.
Following the aftercare is especially important while your brows are healing to increase the longevity. Touch up appointments are recommended every tear to boost the color.
Please note that final results vary and CANNOT be guaranteed due to the nature of the skin as it heals. A follow up appointment is strongly recommended 6-10 weeks in order to assess the pigment retention and make any changes necessary.
